Niki Mehta, O.D.

An Elk Grove native, and Elk Grove High School alumnus, Dr. Mehta is excited to join Elk Grove Optical! She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

She has completed clinical rotations in various settings and patient populations, including Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and William Feinbloom Center for low vision. Dr. Mehta practices comprehensive eye care emphasizing contact lens fitting, managing ocular surface diseases, and dry eye management. She is board certified to use medications to treat conditions such as eye infections and glaucoma.

She can do examinations in English and Gujarati. Dr. Mehta enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her dog when not in the clinic.
